The head of VASS Advisers will be Miruna Bohaltea, public procurement expert and trainer, with more than 7 year-experience in regulating and interpreting the applicable legislation. In the last five years, Miruna worked as principal expert with the National Authority for Regulating and Monitoring of Public Procurement (ANRMAP), actively involved in the preparation, implementation and technical assistance in the implementation of public procurement and concession laws. Miruna also provided procurement advice in relation to several projects financed from community funds, being an invited expert both for public institutions, and for NGOs.
