Romanian public contracts are great business opportunities for companies from all over the world. We are here to support you navigate the labyrinth of a complex and ever changing set of rules.

Romania’s procurement legislation is complex and quite intricate, as in most other EU Member States. The World Bank or EBRD rules are not far either. So the essential prerequisite for scoring big wins in award procedures is to give due consideration to the applicable rules in the bidding process.

We provide strategic advice and pragmatic solutions to a wide range of private investors and public bodies in public procurement, utilities, defence and sensitive security, concessions and PPP projects, in all phases of the tendering process and project implementation. Consequently, we also cover related practices, such as dispute resolution, public law, contracts or regulatory. Our main industry focus is on fields with an impact on the country’s development strategy, such as infrastructure, healthcare and education.

Also, the team represents its clients in disputes on the interpretation, performance or termination of contracts, both in the amicable settlement phase and in front of the courts.
